DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall replace the Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF) B3185 at North Ramp, Andersen AFB, Guam. The work to be performed includes demolishing the existing dilapidated AFTF, removal of all existing utility piping, wiring, and unusable propane lines, and existing rock within the training pit. Additional work includes constructing a wet deck leveling pad, footings and foundation for the new aircraft mock-up, replacement of all utility piping, wiring, propane lines, and drainage system, and installation of the aircraft mock-up. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204(f): $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 450 Calendar Days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million.
