THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE SCOPE OF WORK: The Intent of this requirement is to support the AAFB, GU Medical Clinic as a temporary solution to HVAC damages due to Typhoon Mawar. A. Installation of temporary chillers. 1. Provide temporary chillers. 1 Unit – 150 Ton Air Cooled Chiller 2. Mobilization of temporary chillers. 3. Provide temporary CHW piping from temporary chillers to existing chiller CHW supply & return. 4. Install permanent grooved tees & butterfly valves to CHW supply & return where to tap the temporary hose for Medical Clinic only. 5. Provide temporary power supply for the chillers. 6. Provide start up and commissioning for chillers. B. Removal of temporary chillers. 1. Removal of temporary power supply. 2. Removal of temporary CHW piping. 3. Removal of temporary chillers. 4. Demobilize and clean-up.
