Emailed quotes m... AMENDMENT 0001 Description A Response to this RFQ must be received via e-mail no later than 09 June 2023 by 10:00 A.M. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Oral quotes will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressee must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of offers. It is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt. Offers MUST consist of the following to be considered: 1.) Price proposal for base and all option years IAW Performance Work Statement. 2.) Copy of college diploma OR transcripts. 3.) Resume 4.) At minimum of one letter of recommendation (stating at least one year of experience as a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator within the past 7 years).
