This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) number FA524023Q3004 shall be used to reference any written quote/offer provided under this notice. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02; effective 14 February 2023. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M. The purpose of this notice is to establish a firm-fixed-price contract for Portable HVAC Maintenance Services IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 2.
