DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide multiple repairs, which include demolition and construction for Repair of War Reserve Materiel (WRM) Storage Building 51104. Site Improvements include demolition of an existing mechanical enclosure and equipment pad. The work includes removing all existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and other related equipment, as well as concrete in-fill of the existing openings on the roof and wall. Existing motorized roll-up doors will be replaced. Existing interior walls, ceilings and floor will be patched and repaired to receive new finish, including new striping. Electrical work includes power for motorized roll up doors, new HVAC system, and mechanical ventilation in accordance with all the applicable codes, guidance, policy to include but not limited to Unified Facilities Criteria’s and Andersen Air Force Base Architectural Compatibility and Base Design Standards (ACBDS). Tentative period of performance is 300 days. MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204: $1,000,000. and $5,000,000.
