SOURCES SOUGHT The Contractor will perform complete maintenance repairs and various Tension Fabric Structure (TFS) Sunshade parts replacement. The intent is to extend the operational service life of the existing TFS Sunshades and perform two (2) annual maintenance inspection checks, expedite the necessary repairs, and parts replacements to maintain operation readiness. Requirements: 1. Perform two (2) annual maintenance and corrosion inspections for all 12 sunshade units. 2. Perform waterblast cleaning and algae/jet exhaust contaminates. 3. Perform required corrosion abatements, corrosion treatments, and/or replacement of the various parts/pieces for the TFS sunshades to maintain operational readiness and safe condition of the entire galvanized steel truss sections, and blast shields. Apply epoxy coatings as required. 4. Remove and replace the front eyebrow nylon webbing straps for all 12 units annually. 5. Remove and replace the existing Lightning Protection System (LPS) cables and arrestors and anodes for all 12 units annually. Note: The contractor will not provide any coverage for damage or destruction to the TFS Sunshade units by any Acts of God, Catastrophic Weather events (i.e. Typhoons or Damage sustained from military/civilian equipment accidents/incidents).
