The scope includes, but not limited to, repair of doors, clogged floor drains, application of new rhino lining, painting, and installation of artificial grass for MWD training area. MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204): $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 500 calendar days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
