The scope includes, but not limited to, realigning the interior walls to fit mission requirements, constructing a new secure room, constructing a new communications room, providing new power panels, providing new split AC units, and various other minor renovation to support the upgrades. MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204): $500,000 - $1,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 420 calendar days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The eventual contract for this acquisition is contemplated to be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
