The Government does not intend to make an award based on any information provided in response to this request. This request is meant as market research with the intent to survey and determine capabilities of the local market at this time. In response to this RFI the Government is requesting the following information: * Description of services available – telecommunication support, maintenance, etc. * Terms of incidental services – help desk support, hardware and software warranty, replacing defective hardware, etc. * Pricing, hourly rates, etc. Again, thank you for your time and consideration in providing this information!
