611 CES Wheeler B310 Fire Suppression System Testing
The contract seeks certified technical services to troubleshoot the FACP, complete all lapsed ITM cycles, repair identified deficiencies, and fully recertify the fire suppression and detection systems at Building 310, Wheeler Air Force Station. All inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair must comply with DAFMAN 91-203, Chapter 6, and UFC 3-601-02. The building’s primary fire suppression and alarm systems are out of compliance, with sprinkler ITM not performed since 2016 and FACP ITM lapsed and displaying an active trouble status.
