611 CES Wheeler B310 Fire Suppression System Testing
The contract seeks certified technical services to troubleshoot the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), perform all lapsed inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) cycles, repair identified deficiencies, and fully recertify the fire suppression and detection systems for Building 310 at Wheeler Air Force Station. The building’s primary fire suppression and alarm systems are out of compliance; sprinkler ITM has not been performed since 2016, and the FACP ITM has lapsed and is displaying a trouble status. All inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair must strictly follow DAFMAN 91-203, Chapter 6, and UFC 3-601-02.
