PACAF - Small Unmanned Aircraft System
The government seeks a small unmanned aircraft system compliant with FY 2020 NDAA Section 848 and FY 2024 NDAA Sections 1821–1825. The sUAS must be autonomous/programmable, vertical takeoff and landing, carry a payload up to 65 kg (up to 82 cm x 60 cm x 51 cm), use removable batteries with up to 30 km range per charge, and include extra batteries for two complete swap outs, chargers, a standard spare parts kit, control/programming software, and any needed non-standard hardware. Training is required for two personnel at the vendor’s facility or for a vendor team to train four personnel at Hickam AFB, Hawaii, covering operation and maintenance. Maintenance includes battery charging, spare-part replacement, and other routine tasks described in the vendor training course. Delivery is required 180 days after contract award, with detailed user manuals, maintenance guides, and component inventory lists.
