The government requires removal and replacement of the potable water pumping system in Building 3 (Pump House) at Koke’e Air Force Station, Hawaii. The existing primary pump is severely degraded, leaking from a failed seal, and making mechanical noise indicating internal wear. The contractor must furnish all labor, management, supervision, engineering, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to replace the pumping system, associated piping, and valves.
