The US Air Force intends to issue an oral solicitation for the purchase and delivery of medical supplies to support the PACIFIC Angel operation in three locations within the Federated States of Micronesia. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on February 27, 2026. All delivered items must be sent to Clark International Airport in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, potentially without discussion. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM and be able to participate in an oral solicitation session via telephone or video conference.
