This procurement seeks a small unmanned aircraft system compliant with FY 2020 and FY 2024 NDAA requirements. The sUAS must be autonomous/programmable, vertical takeoff and landing capable, and able to carry payloads up to 65 kg with dimensions up to 82 cm x 60 cm x 51 cm, powered by a removable battery providing up to 30 km range per charge. It must include extra batteries for two complete swap-outs, chargers, a standard spare parts kit, control/programming software, any necessary non-standard hardware, and training for either 2 personnel at the vendor facility or 4 personnel at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Routine maintenance includes battery charging, spare-part replacement, and other tasks covered in vendor training. Delivery is required 180 days after contract award and must include detailed user manuals, maintenance guides, and component inventory lists.
