The opportunity seeks highly specialized, non-development, non-commercial sustainment/logistics services, with incidental supplies, to support mission and operational performance of the MOKITS system. Sustainment covers two main components: the MOKITS POD, which is attached to the aircraft during flight, and the MOKITS Surface Instrumentation Subsystem (SIS), which remains on the ground. It also includes the external computers/applications used to prepare the system for operations and to record or display data. The complete sustainment scope is referred to as “MOKITS” and/or “POD” unless otherwise specified.
