Answers will be sent via email or DoD Safe to all interested parties. Offers are due to this office on or before 10:00 AM (AKDT) on 05 September 2025. Offers shall be valid until midnight/12:00 (AKDT) 30 Sep 25. Offerors who do not have their proposal valid until the aforementioned date/time will be determined to be unacceptable.
