Amendment 1 – Updated Attachment 1 (List of Salient Characteristics), accounting for the following changes to specifications: a.) The chairs shall be configured based on handedness accordingly: -One-hundred five (105) Right-Handed Chairs. -Five (05) Left-Handed Chairs. b.) The one hundred ten (110) chairs shall be delivered pre-configured/ready for use and/or assembled for use, to the following delivery address: - 647 LRS/LGRDX Classroom 1, Building 2115,1445 O’Malley Blvd,Hickam AFB, HI 96853 US c.) Vendor shall also dispose/handle all containers or boxes used for delivery of chairs to the required address. Amendment 2 – Provided Attachment 3 (Questions and Answers), for inquiries related to the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are be requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 52.232-18: Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer The 647 Logistics Readiness Squadron requires the procurement of one-hundred ten (110) waiting room chairs, necessary to provide readiness training to all 15 WG units and tenant units. The required chairs must meet the following characteristics: Stackable Vertically or Horizontally (with dolly) Fold-able No wheels Material must be anything other than plastics Must have a tablet arm with a minimum size of 16" (Inches) Tablet Arm must be fold-able The chairs shall be configured based on handedness accordingly: One-hundred five (105) Right-Handed Chairs.
