Amendment 2 – Changed the proposal due date from 25 June 2025 to 30 June 2025, to account for the above-mentioned changes. Amendment 3 - Implemented a due date for questions from contractors for 1400 HST, 26 June 2025. Amendment 4 - Provided Attachment 5 – Questions and Answers, for inquiries related to the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are be requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see attached RFQ document and its attachments in addition to this description. We are seeking eligible vendors to provide quotes for the below: The Contractor shall provide the following: 1.) 450 - Jackets In Accordance With ECW specifications within the salient characteristics and sizing chart. 2.) 450 - Bibs In Accordance with ECW Specifications within the salient characteristics and sizing chart. 3.) 450 - Boots In Accordance With ECW Specififcations within the salient characteristics and sizing chart. Delivery of these items will be to the following address: 25 E STREET STE, 210 BLDG 1102, PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, HI, 96853 Any questions shall be submitted to the CO and CS via email NLT 1400 HST, 26 June 2025. The Government will send the questions and resultant responses out to all vendors.
