The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain FY23 PACAF Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC) Program Management Review (PMR) Conference Support Provide at least 25 rooms at the government per diem rate for the duration of the conference and provide a venue large enough to accommodate a minimum of 50 people for the duration of the conference. Performance period for this contract will be no more than 5 days from the date of award, and will run continuously from 6 – 12 August 2023. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Contractor will provide at least 25 rooms for 25 off island guests attending the conference. Additionally, contractor will provide a meeting space large enough to comfortably accommodate at least 50 people for the duration of the conference. All tables and chairs will be provided by the contractor. Hotel staff will be available to support conference throughout the duration of the conference. Contractor Personnel shall be readily available 7 days a week at the site from 0800-1600. Concessions are made for religious holidays, at the discretion of the US, when it does not interfere with operations.
