PACAF Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level II Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services, in accordance with FAR 12.6. The solicitation is included as an attachment with CLIN layout and clauses at FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 providing Instructions and Evaluation Criteria. Further information is supplied in the attached Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Performance period will begin at contract award. This requirement supports PACAF installations with on-demand AT Level II training. Training will be conducted at any identified location within the PACAF AOR to include Kadena Air Base, Japan; Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska; Anderson Air Force Base, Guam; Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii; Osan Air Base, Korea; Kunsan Air Base, Korea; Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska; Misawa Air Base, Japan and Yokota Air Base, Japan. Locations may be moved or relocated as environmental or support factors change. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Request your proposal remains valid for Government acceptance for a period of 120 days after receipt of proposal. This solicitation was amended on 26 October 2023. The proposal due date was updated from 30 October 2023 to 13 November 2023. Additionally, the submitted questions regarding the solicitation and their answers has been provided as an attachment.
