Each project will consist of one building that requires demolition on Wake Island. Attached are three Statement of Works (SOWs) for Buildings 400, 1406, and 1504. These projects require the demolition and abatement of buildings and adjacent structures, including the following: all contents inside building, abatement and remediation as required, removal and disposal of all salvageable and non-salvageable materials in and outside within the near perimeter, site cleanup and restoration.
