The implementation of the watch floor will require 4-Port Single Head DP Modular Secure KVM Switch PP4.0 W/Remote (153 count), Modular KVM/KM Under Desk Mount (153 count), HDMI Single Head Console Cable 6 Feet (30 count), Modular HDMI Single Head Host Cable 6 Feet (25 count), Modular DVI Single Head Host Cable 6 Feet (10 count), and Shipping to Hawaii 96853. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine if a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses and if diverse brands can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information (RFI). Firms are requested to respond to this announcement as directed below. Based upon the responses received, consideration will be given to determine if this acquisition can be set-aside for small businesses. PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to identify businesses capable of performing the work and to identify sources, including company's business size classification (Native American/Indian Owned Businesses, 8(a) Certified Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone) Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and Veteran Owned Small Businesses). Responses to this sources sought will be used influence acquisition decisions which may include: type of set-aside, type of procurement process, brand-name justifications, and which acquisition procedures are best suited for this procurement. AT THIS TIME; NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS RFI. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES/PROPOSALS. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of this RFI. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SPECS: •Must be able to switch between 4 PCs at a time •Must be compatible with all Commercial PCs, “Zero Clients”, and “Thin Clients” •Must be certified for NIAP Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Devices version 4.0 (PP4). •Control of the switch must be easily accessible to the user. •Indication of selected PC must be visible to the user. •Must have a minimal footprint on the desk of less than (~15 in²), as it needs to share desk spacewith three monitors, two phones, a keyboard, and a mouse. •Must have the ability to connect to DisplayPort, HDMI, or DVI monitors or Video Transmitters. •Must have the ability to connect to DisplayPort, HDMI, or DVI host computers or VideoReceivers. •Must be able to mix and match DisplayPort, HDMI, and DVI connections at the same time
