This RFI will be utilized for market research purposes to assist with the planning and potential procurement of Contractor Instructor Pilot services to support the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Ready Aircrew Program in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information of Solicitation for Planning Purposes. The aforementioned services may provide support to multiple locations across the Pacific to include the following: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPH-H), Hawaii Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea Misawa Air Base, Japan Kadena Air Base, Japan An in-depth description of services may be found in Attachment 1 – DRAFT Performance Work Statement. Please note, this is a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and is subject to change throughout acquisition planning. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
