The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a quality paintball program on Bellows Air Force Station (AFS), Hawaii. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to set up the paintball course within the designated area for the entire duration of the contract. The contractor shall be required to pay a monthly fee to the government by the first 5 days of each new month. The government will also appoint a QA personnel to serve as a focal point for the contractor and to ensure that all issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
