The contractor shall provide professional services and equipment to successfully off-load approximately four million (4,000,000) gallons of JP-5 fuel from an ocean-going vessel onto Wake Island Airfield (WIA) and into the WIA fuel farm. The contractor shall manage and conduct all transfer activities, will prepare for unexpected contingencies, provide a safe work environment for employees, and deliver all required documentation of the process. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
