SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT The 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii is seeking the interest of potential and eligible contractors for the construction of a perimeter fence. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) 560 Central Avenue JBPHH, HI 96860 INTRODUCTION: This is a Synopsis is to determine the availability of vendors capable of replacement and construction of the perimeter security fence at Koke’e Air Force Station located on the Island of Kauai. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. SYNOPSIS: 766 ESS is seeking a small business to provide all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to execute the removal and replacement of approximately 1,800 LF of existing chain link perimeter security fence at Koke’e Air Force Station with a code compliant system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M. This will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The contract magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 21 August 2021 on the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities posting system at https://www.sam.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify vendors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the SAM Contract Opportunities website for changes to the solicitation. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the SAM Contract Opportunities website on-line at https://www.sam.gov. SAM Contract Opportunities is a web based contract requirement posting system. The government is not liable for information furnished by any other source. Amendments, if /when issued will be posted to the SAM Contract Opportunities website for electronic downloading. This will be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the Offorers responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
