The Contractor shall provide professional services at Koke’e Air Force Station (AFS) to procure, transport, and install a semi-permanent storage tank and pump. Work shall be performed in accordance with common industry standards/practices and all applicable federal, state and Air Force regulations, and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below, furnish all labor, management, facilities, supplies, equipment, transportation, and material, and do all things necessary for, or incidental to, performance of the work. The contractor will be responsible for any and all heavy equipment needed for loading, transport, and installation as well as fuel for any equipment used. The contractor will be responsible for their own transportation while on island. The Contractor shall furnish to the Government, reports, work plans and other data together with supporting material developed during the period of performance. During the progression of the work, the Contractor shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, and completeness; and shall document all phases of the work.
