All further questions should be submitted to Mr. James McGill/TSgt Wilbert Glay by 20 July 2020 to allow enough time for answers to be posted. ******************************************************************************************* The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron located at JBPH-H, Oahu, Hawaii, requests a proposal to result in the award of a single firm fixed-price contract for on-site operations support of the Misawa/Osan/Kunsan/Kadena Instrumented Training System (MOKKITS) located at Misawa, Osan, Kunsan, and Kadena Air Force Bases. The MOKKITS provides realistic Air Combat Training to the warfighter and employs instrumentation on high activity participant aircraft and ground subsystem components. The system contains an air-to-air data link for sharing participant GPS based time-space-position information and is capable of both range-less and ground-based live monitor operations. The requirement entails providing operations support for the MOKKITS. The associated operations support tasks are outlined in the solicitation FA5215-20-R-0003 and attachments. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488190 – Other Support Activities for Air Transportation with a size standard of $35M. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement and the Government intends to award without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in the Government database at www.sam.gov.
