The Contractor shall provide professional diagnostic radiological services via tele-radiology connecting to AF Network and subsequently, once available, Medical Community of Interest Networks (referred to hereafter as AFNET and Med-COI, respectively) to provide image interpretation and reports by board certified radiologists for the 374th Medical Group (374 MDG), Yokota AB, Japan, referred to herein as the "Military Treatment Facility" (MTF). The Contractor shall currently be authorized to connect to the AFNET and Med-COI network and have computer hardware that is capable of receiving Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant diagnostic imaging studies from the MTF and to return a final interpretation report that will automatically upload into the patient’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
