The government intends to award a firm-fixed price service contract for the repair of gates S-18 and S-19 at the Akasaka Press Center (APC). The contractor must provide all personnel, tools, materials, and services necessary to complete the repairs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and manufacturer specifications. The anticipated award date is around June 30, 2026. All work will be performed entirely in Japan, and the successful offeror must hold valid licenses to operate there. Additionally, contractor personnel must possess current Japanese professional certifications, including at least a 2nd Class Electrician License.
