Financial Management Program Manager/Analyst Support for Space Force - Japan
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a total SDVOSB set-aside to provide non-personal, part-time financial management program management and analyst support to Space Forces – Japan. The services include analyzing financial data, drafting reports and advisory documents, supporting budget planning and execution, and developing/maintaining SFJ’s financial management ecosystem, requiring approximately 0.5–0.75 FTE. Performance must occur entirely within Japan, with all logistics, transportation, mobilization, and associated costs included in the offered price. Offerors must possess a Secret Security Clearance and submit a fully completed DD Form 254.
