This presolicitation is for the purchase and installation of a 36-camera CCTV system at the Yokota Air Base Officers Club in Japan, including delivery, removal of old equipment, and user training. The contractor must provide all equipment, installation, and a 10-year warranty. All work must be performed entirely in Japan, and the contractor must be licensed to work there. Funds are not currently available, so no award will be made until they are. Offerors are required to have a Japanese Cage Code for product maintenance.
