Sanitary Survey in FY2026 at All Honshu Installations
The Government intends to directly solicit a firm-fixed price contract for conducting sanitary surveys of ten drinking water systems at nine U.S. Army installations on Honshu, Japan, with performance to occur exclusively in Japan. The work, scheduled for Fiscal Year 2026 with an anticipated award date around May 1, 2026, must comply with specific U.S. and Japan environmental standards. The primary contractor must have at least three recent experiences with similar drinking water system surveys or monitoring programs for U.S. Military Components. Furthermore, the assigned field survey inspector must be a U.S.-licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of five successful sanitary survey experiences at U.S. Military Installations or municipalities. All travel and lodging expenses for the project must be included in the contractor's proposed price.
