This is a solicitation for the operation and maintenance of a Combined Heat and Power plant at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Funds are not currently available, and no contract award will be made until they are. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at the 374th Contracting Squadron on Yokota Air Base, and offerors are urged to inspect the site. Offerors using a Japanese bank account for payment must account for a transaction fee of ¥735 per payment, which will not be reimbursed by the government. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management prior to award.
