This is a Request for Quote for monitoring threatened/endangered species and controlling invasive species for habitat management at U.S. Army Garrison Japan facilities. The work will be performed entirely within Japan. Offerors must possess all required Japanese licenses and qualifications as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Offerors are responsible for contacting the Point of Contact to obtain the missing Appendix H (Maps).
