The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide natural gas, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the Main Boiler Plant, Building 1600, at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi via a gas pipeline. The Contractor shall coordinate with General Gas Pipeline Service Provider (Tokyo Gas Network) and conduct periodic and emergency inspections on US Government-owned gas line from the NAF Atsugi property boundary to the Main Boiler Plant connection point listed above in accordance with Japanese Gas Business Act (Act No. 51 of March 31, 1954) and all other relevant laws. See the attached RFP package for details. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted at NAF Atsugi at 1000 hours on 10 Apr 2025 in Japan Standard Time (JST).
