The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to perform asbestos surveys, sampling, and abatement services at Yokota Air Base & Geographically Separated Units (GSUs); which include Tama Service Annex, Tokorozawa, Owada and Momote on an as ordered basis in accordance with all applicable Federal, Department of Defense, Air Force, US Forces such as Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Yokota Air Base Asbestos Management and Operations Plan (AMOP), and common commercial practices pursuant to the local laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, standards and guidelines governing asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement, hazardous waste/special waste, recycling, hauling and disposal. This requirement extends to personnel training and the identification and transportation of hazardous waste generated during the project. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
