The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to inspect sidetracks and maintenance of railroad crossing No. 3 – Hachiko Line at Yokota Air Base. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed (authorized by East Japan Railway Company) and registrated to perform work in the country of Japan.
