The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain commercial travel office at Yokota Air Base, Japan for unofficial travel services as defined in this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in Section 3, Government Furnished Property and Services. The requiring activity for thisrequirement is the Force Support Squadron (FSS)/Information, Tickets and Travel (ITT) ***NOTICE TO OFFERORS*** The Leisure Travel Service requirement requires contractor to possess special qualification. The contractor shall be registered at the District Office or concerned Agency of Government of Japan in accordance with Article 29 of Japanese Travel Agency Act. The Registration Category for Travel Business must be one of the Class I through 3. All offerors shall submit copies of certifications/licenses as required at paragraphs 1.3.7. of the Performance Work Statement. In the event the offeror does not submit the required certifications/licenses, the offeror may not be deemed "Responsible" in accordance with FAR 9.104-1 rendering them ineligible for award. Site Visit: There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement.
