Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to perform the one-time chiller replacement identified in paragraph 1.2.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW), in a safe, timely and professional manner in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations and commercial standards and practices. The contractor shall accomplish all services to meet the requirements of the SOW. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted at Bldg. 3000 and Bldg. 3006, Yokota Air Base, Japan, at 10:00 AM on 10 Jul 2024, Japan Standard Time (JST).
