THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The purpose of this sources sought is to communicate with local industry in advance, receive feedback from the industry, identify interested vendors to foster competition, and use the information gained from this notice to further define the requirements of the expected solicitation in a way which benefits both the Government and the Contractor. The requirement is to provide natural gas (city gas) 24/7 to Naval Air Facility Atsugi.
