The contractor shall provide non-personal serivces, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and serivices necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Yokota Air Base, Tama Service Annex, Tokorozawa Transmitter Site, Owada Communication Station, AFN Momote Antenna Site, and Itazuke Air Terminal in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state and local laws and commercial standards. Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Orientations will be conducted.
