The Government contemplates award of at least two (2) pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. However, the Government retains the right to award more or fewer BPAs based on quantity and quality of offers received, and may award BPA(s) to other than the lowest price. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED TO LOCAL VENDORS ONLY IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF JAPAN. THE INTENT IS TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAs) AMONGST QUALIFIED VENDORS IN JAPAN. Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to supply the combined heat plant for Yokota Air Base, Japan, as set forth in the Specifications and the Price List in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted at the Combined Heat Plant behind Bldg. 570 (Yokota Community Center (YCC)) at 1000 hours on 11 Sep 2023, Japan Standard Time (JST). Please refer to the “Notice of Offerors” in the solicitation package for details.
