[UPDATED 29 AUGUST 2023] This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation issued by the 374th Contracting Squadron at Yokota Air Base. The contractor shall be responsible for providing qualified personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to wash and paint the F-86 static aircraft on Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall also be responsible for; consumables, equipment, utilities, and waste collection/disposal required for the refurbishment. The contractor shall also be responsible for paint touch-up of any areas that require animal proofing, repair, sealing, or damage caused by washing of aircraft. All work shall be completed within three (3) months after receipt of award. Resultant to this, new Q&A responses have been posted. Additionally, attachment 1 PWS and attachment 2 contractor responsibility were updated to reflect the responses provided through the Q&A response on 18 August 2023. 18 August 2023 Further questions were received for the requirement.
