The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking eligible, potential contractors for the project for Carpeting and Peripheral Items for Yokota Air Base and Remote Sites, Japan. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools,equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items necessary to procure carpeting, peripheral products for carpet removal and installation and incidental services if/when needed for Yokota Air Base, GSUs, or remote sites. GSUs include but are not limited to Tama Service Annex, Owada Communication Site, and Tokorozawa. The requirements shall be conducted in accordance with this statement of requirements, manufacturer standards; applicable Japanese laws; and, regulations, and commercial standards and business practices. The carpet delivery will require contractors to acquire the carpet inclusive of door-to-door shipment to their facility in Japan and transport to Yokota Air Base, Geographically Separated Units (GSUs), or remote sites. The anticipated contract period is a three (3) year basic period with two (2) one-year options for a total of five (5) years. To be eligible for awarding of the contract oferors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Vendors not yet registered can do so via the SAM website https://uscontractorregistration.com/. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered by this Agency. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Vendor Notification Service link within the Register to Receive Notification function of SAM https://sam.gov/ NOTE: ALL GOODS AND INCIDENTAL SERVICES OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE DELIVERY TO AND PERFORMANCE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
