The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and services necessary to perform the cleaning of oil water separators and recycling of waste oil at Yokota Air Base and Tama Annex. The Contractor will ensure proper treatment and disposal of all oil water separator waste and recycle waste oil in accordance with applicable Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations, and commercial standards and practices.
