THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THE DATE TO RELEASE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE DETERMINED. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) of Military Family Housing (MFH) units at Yokota Air Base, Japan in accordance with commercial practice, applicable industry standards, and regulations as stipulated in Performance Work Statement (PWS). All service in the PWS shall be separately priced in accordance with Exhibit line items to perform COM Routine Repair and Replacement, Incidental Labor (Reimbursable Materials), Additional Maintenance Work, Carpet Cleaning & Replacement Work, Cleaning Work (PCS), Yard & Exterior Maintenance, Vacant Units & Local Move Cleaning, and Recoupment of Material Cost. The contractor shall provide equipment, tools, materials, and other required items to perform the COM and to ensure the needs of the Government are met within the performance time standards. This will cover 1,220 garden style apartments, 840 tower apartments, and 7 general officer quarters.
