The Contractor shall provide rental vehicle(s) to 10th MDB at SCS (Address: Site-C, 1-333, Byobusan, Toyotomi-cho, Tsugaru-shi, Aomori-ken, Japan) and 14th MDB at KCS (Address: Mubanchi, Sodeshi, Tang... The Contractor shall provide rental vehicle(s) to 10th MDB at SCS (Address: Site-C, 1-333, Byobusan, Toyotomi-cho, Tsugaru-shi, Aomori-ken, Japan) and 14th MDB at KCS (Address: Mubanchi, Sodeshi, Tango-cho, Kyoto-fu, Japan). The rental vehicle(s) shall have Japanese rental car number plate, “WA” number plate. The vehicle shall be manufactured in compliance with the Road Trucking Vehicle Law (Doro Unso Sharyou Hou), the Government of Japan (GOJ). The title of the vehicle remains with the Contractor. Following minimum insurance coverage including exclusion of liability compensation fees (......) is required for rental vehicle(s) with drivers of all ages: Vehicle insurance certificates are required to obtain installation passes and shall cover the automobile liability insurance in the types and minimum amounts of (a) Bodily Injury - ¥30,000,000 per person per occurrence, in addition to the Japanese Compulsory Insurance (JCI), and (b) Property Damage - ¥3,000,000 per occurrence. See attachments for more details. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be registrated to perform work in the country of Japan.
