The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management supervision, quality control and labor necessary to perform maintenance associated with lease for vehicles assigned to CID at Zama and Torii Station Okinawa as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), in accordance with commercial practice and Japanese law. The Contactor shall provide vehicles that meet the specifications identified in the SOW. See attachments for further datails. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be registrated to perform work in the country of Japan.
