NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota AB, Japan intends to award a sole source purchase order to Marzen Group LLC. Marzen Group LLC will be providing the following: TDACS Combo Rack Form Factor (CRF) TDACS Standard Edition [SE] v5.x User License Bundle TDACS Tactical Map 3D v5.x License Marzen Group LLC (CAGE: 1N5V9) is the only vendor capable of providing the equipment with the specific set of required functions. The Tactical Data Analysis and Connection System (TDACS) is a powerful and versatile data link management and analysis tool that has many applications. The TDACS routes data to and from multiple locations and translates numerous J-series (Link 16) protocols. It has the capability to facilitate multiple network connections and interfaces which allows the ability to monitor tactical & strategic environments, along with the ability to monitor regional & theater environments. The TDACS a very technical and intricate system that is designed solely for use on the Tactical Digital Information Link network. Marzen Group LLC is the sole proprietor of this tool and has patented ownership of the intellectual property. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 26 August 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 23 August 2022 at 1100 Japan local time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 23 August 2022 at 1300 Japan local time.
